Our vision

Chezz Partners developed the ‘kite model’ to weigh up and value companies. The kite model uses four main criteria, namely market, technology, organisation and finance. To be considered for a takeover, a company has to score at least 8 out of 10 on 3 of the 4 criteria. The fourth criterion must not receive a score higher than 6. A company with such scores fits well within Chezz Partners, because we will be able to use our expertise to bring that lower score up to at least an 8. The aim of Chezz Partners is to achieve a considerable increase in the value of the holdings.
